Beech charcoal from Neandertaler Feuer is also ideal for steaks, as it can reach very high temperatures. The charcoal size ranges from 20–120 mm, with 80% consisting of large pieces. The large grading ensures restaurant-quality results – even at home. Each grill package is securely packed in a carton to ensure the product arrives undamaged.

Instructions for use: Spread the charcoal evenly in the grill and use natural fire starters such as ignition cubes or special liquid starters. After lighting, gradually add more charcoal and allow it to burn well until a white ash layer forms. Wait approximately 20–30 minutes until the optimal grilling temperature is reached before starting to grill.
